The Cain Center for the Arts

Instructions for members

1. Volunteer to load truck at Peninsula Baptist at noon.
2. Prepare the music
3. Sell $ 10.00 tickets for the Gala.  Very important!
4. Volunteer to unload equipment at The Cain Center at 5:00 PM.
5. Wear all-black performance attire
6. Arrive before 6:00 PM
7. Orchestra members meet with donors in the lobby from 6—7 PM.  Chamber strings plays music.
8. Pizza and drink available for members backstage.
9. 7:00 PM–move to auditorium to prepare for performance
10. Non-donor ticket holders can enter at 7 PM.  Cash bar available.
11. Orchestra plays from 7:30–8:05
12. Intermission—Fundraising pitch for LKNO and Ashlynn’s fund.
13. Orchestra plays from 8:20–8:55
14. Everyone helps move equipment to the truck.
