Our Next Concert

Our next concert will take place in the Family Life Center of Peninsula Baptist Church on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. There will be a Dress Rehearsal on Friday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than ** 6:15 p.m. ** on Saturday to have time to warm up and be ready to perform promptly at 7:00 p.m.

The concert will be indoors so the dress code will be black on top and black on the bottom. Bring your music stand and music stand light since stage lighting may not be adequate.

Remember, if you are going to be late, it is your responsibility to notify your Section Leader of the delay. Also, Section Leaders, if you have members who will be delayed, please notify Venue Logistics to ensure that their chair does not get removed during warm up. All LKNO members have received a copy of the membership roster which includes phone information. It is highly recommended that each member program their mobile phones with the contact information for their Section Leader, our directors, our president, the venue logistics coordinator and optionally, other members of their section.

SEATING LAYOUT

SECTION LEADERS: Please plan to arrive early enough for the Dress Rehearsal to instruct your section members as to where they are to sit.

For those interested in the Venue Logistics aspects of the event:

• Chairs are being provided by the church
• Percussion equipment will be loaded between 1:15 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. on Friday at the U-Haul Storage facility on NC 150
• The percussion equipment will be arriving at PBC around 2:00 p.m.
• We will not need our sound system for this event

This will be a calendar of all tentative concert events. Until these events are confirmed, it is requested that members attempt to reserve these dates so they will be available once the planning is finalized.

Optional Performance Venues and Dates

This will be a calendar of optional concert events and dates that individual members may be interested in pursuing on their own.

Update Personal Information

For now, this is simply an email to our Membership Coordinator with your updated information. Eventually, this will be an online form that will gather the information and forward a notification email to the Membership Coordinator. The Membership Coordinator will use our web site to validate the member's updated information and if correct, simply "promote" the changes to the corresponding database tables on our web site.
